Every year the coaches of Plumstead Baseball sign a Code of Ethics that stresses the vision of Plumstead Baseball, Sportsmanship and Participation. As parents and players we must remember that our coaches and umpires are volunteers. They are doing the best that they can to teach the players the game, rules and to act properly on and off the field. In the opinion of the Board of Directors, they are doing a great job and we, as parents need to appreciate their efforts. The Boards of Directors have created a Code of Conduct for the parents, players and spectators.
Everyone participating in Plumstead Baseball at all levels, whether as players, coaches, officials, parents or spectators, are entitled to do so in an environment of courtesy and safety. Accordingly, all spectators are asked to observe the following:

"Zero Tolerance" is defined by the actions of parents, players and coaches which violate the Code of Conduct policies of Plumstead Hawks, or are deemed as inconsistent behavior according to the guidelines of participation in a community sports league program. As such, and when behavior is exhibited by a member of the Plumstead Hawks community deemed unacceptable, the activity will be elevated by Directors through Executive Committee members to the organization's Discipline Committee. (Discipline Committee comprised of senior members of the organization who will evaluate and issue a penalty against the offending party.)
